If you do not have Teamviewer on your PC, you can quickly download a Quick Support file for a short session.
After confirmation of the appointment, we will ask for your user ID and password of teamviewer. The teamviewer password is automatically generated.

But u need your computer or can't reach us physically? We can provide remote assistance with our specialized software, so long as your local internet connection is in working condition.
All you have to do is forward your teamviewer data, through this software an Axitech technician will then temporarily access your computer and you can follow instructions and actions through a chat window or by phone.
No personal information is collected, our access to your computer is limited to one session which you can stop at any time and you can follow the recovery process through your monitor.
Remote support is available in blocks of 1 hour. You must purchase a block in advance before we can provide assistance. We will contact you after your purchase to set up an appointment.
